Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

November 8th Clinic

Refunds will only be issued under special circumstances, such as medical reasons or if a program is canceled by the organization. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be subject to review. Any approved refunds will be processed minus an administrative fee. No refunds will be granted after the program or season has begun. For questions or more details, please contact our administration team.

November 23rd Clinic

Thanksgiving Camp Nov. 2024

At Florida Quest, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our players and families. Due to the nature of our programming and the commitments we make in advance, refunds are generally not available once registration is complete. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise and will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis, minus any non-refundable deposits or fees. All refund requests must be submitted in writing for review.

2025 Spring Quest Season

All payments for training sessions at Florida Quest Hockey are non-refundable. Once a session is booked, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows. Exceptions will only be considered for medical reasons, with appropriate documentation provided. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

2025 Summer Quest Season

2024 Fall Season Quest

At Florida Quest Hockey Organization, we strive to ensure a fair and transparent refund process. Registration fees are generally non-refundable, except for medical conditions verified by a doctor's note. For training sessions and camps, refunds are available if requested at least 14 days before the start date, minus a 10% processing fee. For tournaments and travel teams, refunds require a 30-day advance notice with a 15% processing fee. Merchandise can be returned within 30 days for a full refund if in new, unused condition with proof of purchase. If Florida Quest cancels an event, full refunds are issued. Refunds are processed within 30 days to the original payment method.
