All Florida Quest logos are the proprietary right of CDT & Florida Quest Hockey and may not be reproduced or altered (in any form) without prior written consent of the Quest Hockey Association Board of Directors. Florida Quest is committed to consistency and uniformity for “identity/branding” of the association. Therefore, no alterations of the original design will be endorsed for entities outside of our ogranization for apparel or online, print or other forms of communication (posters, merchandise etc.).

If your team would like to use the Florida Quest logos for any reason, we require that you sign and return the Florida Quest Hockey Logo Authorization Form requesting prior approval. The authorization will NOT give you blanket authority to use the logos. Approvals will be specific to a particular request.

• No one may design their own QuestHockey apparel. Any team wishing to do so MUST submit a Florida Quest Logo Authorization Form.
• No one may profit from the sale of Quest apparel.
• All Apparel must conform to Quest Standards. Poor taste, poor quality, or offensive language will not be tolerated.
